Simple terms for Anias Blooms floral workshops.

Booking and payment

Submitting the booking form is a request for a place, not confirmation. We will email the bank-transfer details and a payment reference. Your place is confirmed only when payment has been received and we have sent a confirmation email. Unless we agree otherwise, payment must be made within 24 hours of the payment email; after that, an unpaid place may be released.

What is included

The workshop page states the date, time, price and what is included. Unless stated otherwise, the price covers the flowers, materials, tuition, refreshments and the finished arrangement to take home.

If you need to cancel

Tell us by email as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop, we will provide a full refund. Within 7 days of the event, we cannot normally refund a place because flowers and materials will already have been ordered. You may transfer your place to another person if you tell us their name and contact details before the workshop.

If we need to cancel or move a workshop

If Anias Blooms cancels a workshop, you can choose a full refund or a place on a rescheduled date. If circumstances outside our reasonable control require a change, we will contact you as soon as possible with the available options.

Allergies and wellbeing

Please tell us about relevant allergies when booking. We will take reasonable care, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment because refreshments and flowers may be supplied by third parties. Please follow the workshop guidance and let us know if you need reasonable adjustments.

Photography

We may take general atmosphere photographs at workshops. We will ask separately before using a recognisable photograph of you for marketing. You can say no without affecting your booking.

Conduct and age

Workshops are intended for adults aged 18 or over unless the event listing says otherwise. We may ask someone to leave if their behaviour creates a safety risk or seriously disrupts the session. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Please take reasonable care of your belongings during the workshop.
